Hunan Huaxing Lithium Battery New Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hunan Huaxing"),a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hunan Pengbo New Materials Co., Ltd.,is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research,development,design,manufacture and sales of lithium ion battery cells. The company has more than 600 employees and 50 R&D personnel. The factory covers an area of 100,000 square meters and has the annual capacity of 3GWh for battery cells.We have established quality, environment and occupational health and safety management systems based on standards IATF16949:2016,ISO9001:2015,ISO14001:2015 and ISO45001:2018. Our company is currently focusing on cylindrical LiFePO4 battery cells with advantages such as high temperature resistance, high safety, high-rate performance and long cycle life.The products have passed national mandatory safety and performance tests, and have obtained safety and environmental certifications such as BIS,PSE,UL, UN38.3,CB,ROHS and IEC etc.Our battey cells are widely used in new energy fields such as electric vehicle,energy storage base station,electric tools,low-speed electric vehicle,two and three-wheeled scooters,RESS and I&C ESS. Relying on the group's integrated industrial layout from materials to packs,the competitiveness of the products has been comprehensively improved.In addition to meeting the needs of the domestic market,they are also exported to Europe,America,South-east Asia,Central Asia,India,Japan,South Korea,Africa and other countries. They can work normally in the temperature range of -20°C~60°C, meeting all-weather use conditions. The anti-dust and waterproofing level can reach IP67. By adopting the mixture of LiFePO4 and artificial graphite, the cycle life can reach-more than 2,500 under full charge and discharge conditions. 8,000 cycles are available under shallow charge and shallow discharge conditions.
Supports up to instantaneous 6 C, charge and discharge.The module can achieve 2C-3C charging and discharging. This means that it can be fully charged in 20 to 30 minutes, and by fast charging for 10 minutes, it can charge 30% -40% of SOC.
They have passed all performance safety tests of GB/T31485-2015 including acupunc-ture, extrusion, drop, short circuit, overcharge, overdischarge, high and low temperature, seawater immersion, salt spray, and low air pressure etc.
